Business has been booming this month for Lee Funeral Home which is usually associated with the richest and most prominent people in Kenya. In the past couple of weeks, the country has witnessed the death of GG Kariuki, Joseph Nkaissery, Nicholas Biwott and Bethuel Kiplagat.  All of these people have been attended to by Lee Funeral Home.

Currently, the funeral home has a number of old hearse cars with the newest being a KAW Mercedes Benz. It has transported the remains of the likes of John Michuki, George Saitoti, Lucy Kibaki, Jacob Juma, Nderitu Gachagua and others.

Recently a new car has been added to the fleet. It is a Ksh17 million Jaguar hearse which will take over the job of carrying the remains of the prominent people. It costs over Ksh65,000 a day to hire the car but it gets higher depending on the distance covered.
