Billionaire businessman Chris Kirubi has raised his ownership of Centum to slightly over 25 percent but is targeting around 30 percent of the fast growing firm. The firm’s stock value has almost doubled in the last 12 months hence his net worth stands to grow exponentially.
Kirubi’s stake in Centum is now valued at over sh8 billion double what it was worth last year. Kirubi is targeting to be a dollar billionaire so he needs at least a net worth of sh86 billion. This is very possible considering he owns large stakes in Capital FM and other listed and non listed firms. As for Centum he has no intention of taking over the firm since he passed the 25 percent mark.
