Co-operative Bank has increased the ATM withdrawal limit from the usua Ksh20,000 per day to around Ksh40,000 per day. Transaction costs remain the same at Ksh30.

You also no longer have to pay the Ksh50 for school fees and rental payments. The Ksh20 that you pay when depositing through agents has been removed.

The bank is on a mission to reduce the high number of customers in the banking halls so as to free up staff who will provide more personal attention to customers who require financial advice. Technology will the main driver to facilitate this. Last year the bank spent Ksh3 billion to invest in a new core banking system to enhance the bank’s capacity and service quality to customers.
