Jambojet To Use Safaricom’s Call Centers

Kenya’s low cost carrier Jambojet is experiencing more bookings than it expected. The low cost airline ticker=ts were so attractive that the airline got 8000 bookings in its first week of operation. The low cost carrier now wants to increase its customer care capacity by leasing Safaricom’s call center facilities so as to provide better services. This will double their call handling capacity.

The airline deals with domestic flights to Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret for just sh2,850 for every one way ticket.
