The mansion has many jacuzzi, very green grass and a very leafy environment. It is located near the International School at Magnolia Hills. According to the official site, this is a modern interpretation of life in the Kenyan country side.

The house can accommodate 200 – 250 guests. It has two kitchens, a gym, six bedrooms all en-suite, extensive balconies, jacuzzi inside and outside, a garage for three cars and two staff quarters.

Price? Not stated but can be upwards of ksh600 million.
