Controversial businessman Paul Kobia has been all over the news for allegedly making claims that he killed Fidel Odinga. According to those reports, he was heard bragging that he was behind it all.

News later came in that he had been arrested but Inspector General S.M. Arachi said that his family had brought him to Gigiri Police Station and he was later escorted to a psychiatrist to evaluate him further.
