16% VAT On Fuel Has Started Claiming Its Victims (PHOTOS)

Last weekend as we all know, fuel prices were hiked by 16% after the addition of VAT and this has led to a lot of negative retaliation. One of them is fuel transporters have started to boycott transportation creating a shortage. Here are some of the victims already being hit by this.
