Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has decided to take security matters into his owns hands after the recent events in Mpeketoni. In order to reduce police response time to nearly 5 minutes he got 250 walkie talkies, 23 laptops,9 signal transmitters and 9 radio base controls.
