Upper Hill is slowly becoming the hub of beautiful skyscrapers with so many coming up every year. Recently UAP-Old Mutual Tower was recently officially opened and it holds the title of the biggest building in the region.
A new even more beautiful skyscraper is set to be built and the owners have started advertising the ground breaking date on billboards. The cost will be Ksh12 billion and expected to be completed in 2018.
The skyscraper will be called Montave Towers and will be built on a 3.54 acres of land at the junction of Lower Hill Road and Haile Selassie Avenue. A new 1 million square feet will be added to the market to be used for residential, commercial and office space.
The building will be 40 floors or 160 metres tall and will have two skyscrapers in one area, The Southern Tower will be 40 floors tall while the Northern Tower will be 25 floors tall. Those on the inside will have 360 degree panorama view of the city. The Northern Tower will have a helipad at the top for high net worth individuals.
Montave Towers will offer 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with open plan layouts and balconies with panoramic views. The upper levels will be 3 and 4 bed penthouses with an infinity pool outside.
A shopping mall, hotel, restaurants, lounges, game rooms etc will be available for outsiders to use.
