Centum CEO Denies Earning A Salary Of Ksh1 Million Daily
In today’s front page of the Business Daily, it was reported that Centum Investments CEO James Mworia earned a total of 375.6 million for the year 2016 as compared to Ksh201.1 million the year before. This figure of Ksh31.3 million a months would make him the highest paid CEO in Kenya.
The CEO has come out in his defence to deny the report. He said: Be professional & accurate in your reporting. The figure in your sensational headline is the remuneration for the entire management team.

He further went ahead to give evidence from the company’s financial reports that indeed the whole amount was not just for him.
