Centum Investment Sells 42pc Stake Of Two Rivers Project

Centum Investments has sold 42pc of its shares in Two Rivers project for sh64 billion to two secret investors. This valuses the project at around sh15.1 billion.

50 percent of the mall has already been pre-let to Carrefour which is owned by Al-Futtaim family based in Dubai. Centum will also add a 5 star and 3 star hotels together with residential buildings and a hospital.

In Uganda, the company is developing the Pearl Marina estate in Uganda which will start in September on a 361 acre piece of land near Lake Victoria. It also got 30 percent of Broll’s East Africa operation which will deal with property management.
