Cindy Gruden is an American lady who is famous thanks to her role as the wife to Joe Gruden who has been the Oakland Raider’s coach in the NFL. He has worked with San Fransisco 49ers, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia Eagles, Green Bay Packers, Pacific and many others. He has also worked on ESPN as an analyst.
Cindy was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and largely spent most of her younger years there. She had a keen interest in sports and was part of the cheerleaders squad when she was at the University Of Tennessee. There she studied Classical Piano and Music Education plus Educational Administration.
Jon and Cindy met while they were in same university. Jon was a graduate assistant at the time. They became friends and shortly started dating each other. Cindy described Jon as a goofer due to the high number of parking tickets he got especially when getting food for the team members. He proposed to her after he got hired as a coach at the university and the couple got married on 6th July 1991.
The couple is blessed with three sons by the names Deuce, Michael and Jayson. Just like his father, Deuce started a coaching career. He worked as a coaching intern with Washington Redskins and proceeded to get a permanent position afterwards. He left the job to go work with Oakland Raiders.
Cindy has been involved a lot of charity work over numerous years. Together with her husband they have worked together with various cancer-related philanthropic works plus they have raised funds for a wide variety of charitable organizations.
Aside from charity works, Cindy has been the head instructor for National Cheerleader Association and has worked with different high schools and colleges as an instructor. She is also a fitness instructor.
