Dr Alfred Mutua Builds An Ultra Modern Free Public Toilet

Dr Alfred Mutua, Machakos County Governor, is all about development. On the junction of Machakos and Mombasa Road, he built a modern toilet in less than 10 days using new cutting edge construction technology. He plans to build 260 Wananchi Toilets in Machakos County that will be free to use and very clean. This will in turn create more jobs for the youth there in the sectors on construction and maintenance.
