Drunk CMC Director Who Hit Security Guard With Range Rover In Runda (Photos and Video)

Drunk driving is one of the worst thing you can do if you own a car since you are not only endangering you life but the lives of others around you. This was the case with CMC director Joel Kibe who hit and killed a security guard while driving in Runda.

The visibly drunk Kibe didn’t really care that he had killed somebody. He even says his car is also injured so everyone is hurt. His exact words are “Nimeruka kwa barrier, nimegonga barrier.. Gari yangu imeumia, tumeumia sote.”
