Hilton Hotel Set To Open In Africa’s Tallest Skyscraper In Upper Hill Nairobi

Hilton has signed an agreement with Jabavu Village Ltd that will let it open a 225 guest room and suite hotel in their building. This is part of the group’s strategy not to own hotels but rather use a franchise model.

The Jabavu building will have a total of 104 floors which will be split into two towers. The first will be 300 meters tall with 66 floors while the second will be 40 floor tall at a height of 201 meters.

Another Hilton hotel is in development near the JKIA and is set to open in 2017. It is the Hilton Garden Inn.
