IG Boinett Orders Investigation Of The Pilot Who Assaulted Female Police

Inspector of General Police Joseph Boinett has ordered that a criminal investigation to be carried against Deputy President’s William Ruto’s pilot who was recorded assaulting a female police officer. He goes by the name Allister Brown.
