Nakuru County governor, Kinuthia Mbugua, is facing lots of backlash after he launched public toilets in Elburgon which are said to have cost over Ksh8.9 million.

Another similar one was launched in Salgaa using CDF money but this one cost around Ksh1.5 million. That is 8 times cheaper!!! This is what i call daylight stealing.
