“My Neighbors Thought I Was Gay” Dr Ofweneke Narrates How Poverty Forced Him Into Celibacy

Dr Ofweneke is currently a famous comedian in Kenya but his journey to the top has not been easy. Before fame, he was just a poor man living in Kangemi. He claims poverty forced him into into celibacy. He posted a photo which reminded him of his single room where he started out from.

Waaaaaah!! When I saw this photo on IG I just couldnt stop but thank God for this far I have come,8 years ago with my first jobo as an MPesa agent this is how my first ever house in Kangemi looked like ☺☺☺☺☺ A Kaluworks green stove,2 sufurias,a curtain that really wasnt hiding anything,two stainless steel spoons,a matteress that felt like sleeping on Supa Loaf slice of bread,an LG phone that costed 1,499/= which was a torch at the same time my home theatre,We would share bathroom with almost 5 other neighbours so youd find me with my towel and soap dish at the que just like everybody else freezing like a thin sausage,I would never lock the house at times even when am sleeping because I mean what are the thieves coming to steal unless steal my problems 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

At this point torn between the dream of bieng a top comedian and a top city lawyer at the same time 😆😆😆😆😆I think my neghbours thought I was gay because they never saw any girl come to my place but why would I bring her when she was all I had 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️😜😜😜😜😜😜 See me now!!
