Nairobi Street Boys Paraded On Mkokotenis Without Clothes To Raise Funds For Circumcision (PHOTOS)

Yesterday senior streetboys were on a mission to get their younger mates to be circumcised. They got two hand carts (mkokotenis) put the boys on them without their clothes then paraded them all over the city in a fund raising mission.

They need the money for them to pay for the operation and money to look after them during the healing period.

“We are asking motorists and well-wishers to contribute towards this cause so that we can take our colleagues for the cut. We go round Nairobi major roads looking for the money that is required for it” said one street kid.

The over 20 young boys had voluntarily given themselves up to undergo the cut. Check out some of the photos.
