Njugush – “They Said My Career Was Done. Now They Embrace Me”

(Last Updated On: October 31, 2018)

It was a really sad day when comedian Njugush decided to call it quits in acting in the hit show Real Househelps Of Kawangware. He wasn’t moving to another show or any prestigious job hence this led to many thinking his career was over. Two years later, the comedian is at a higher position than he was before.

In a recent interview with Word, the comedian talked about how people should listen to their hearts and not other people’s opinions.

When I left TV, the same people said my career was done. After my comeback, the same people are now embracing what I am doing. That is why I say, if you listen to people you will always lose focus, because if I listened to them, probably I would not be this far. To everyone out there, do what you want so long as it is bringing food on your table.”

Njugush also talked about expanding his career away from comedy.

“I have more things to do apart from comedy because it has been my own journey.  If I decide to do anything it is all about me. We have one life to live and it is us who limit ourselves. I wake up everyday with a different plan since I realised I can do anything under the sun.
