Last year Safaricom was awarded a multi-billion security tender by the government to install various security cameras all over the city and other things.

Well there has been a lot of progress in this project. Various cameras have been installed all over Nairobi. A control center at Jogoo House was built and is ready.

The new system has facial recognition technology and fantastic zoom capabilities. Just check some photos.
