30 year old Ugandan citizen Hamis Kigundu might just be one of the youngest richest Ugandans with a net worth of over $200 million. The wealth is mostly spread in real estate and other businesses.

Hamis has large palatial home on the shores of Lake Victoria. This reportedly cost him a whooping 6 billion Ugandan shillings (Ksh190 million). It has 25 bedroom, custom made swimming pool, boar facilities, spa, gaming room, private home cinema and many other things.
