Rihanna In A Red See-Through Scarlet Dress

Rihanna was out partying in West Hollywood last weekend and she was wearing a red dress which had sheer panels around the bodice and down the sides. The dress really looked more like a lingerie. She then tossed a dark jacket over her bare shoulders.
