The telecommunication company launched a new Platinum Shop at Sarit Centre for the corporate and individual mobile accounts. These are the top spending subscribers. Here they get personalized services in a luxurious office with latest tech gadgets.
Platinum Club members get a relationship manager and get to book appointments at the shop at their own convenience. They get access to the latest tech devices before they are launched to the public and are given priority when it comes to pre-orders. They have their own customer care number which is 242 and it is never busy.
