Shaffie Weru Robbed Everything At Gelian Hotel Machakos

It seems the newest big hotel in Machakos is having a shaky start. Kiss Fm presenter Shaffie Weru had one of his worst day this year at the hotel. Unknown people robbed him at his room at the Gelian Hotel. His IDs, banks cards etc were all gone.

That was not only it, the same day his colleague and friend Ivar Makari Kituyi who is the son of former Cabinet Minister Mukhisa Kituyi, passed on. This is what he posted on his Facebook.

June 28, 2015 is officially the worst day ever!!! woke up to Sad News that my colleague my friend my brother and Fellow KissKid @IvarMakariKituyi father to two of the most amazing boys and husband to Bahati has passed away…My wallet including all my bank cards, ID, work ID, cash Etc were stolen from my Hotel room In Machakos ‪#‎GillianHotel‬…But as I celebrate‪#‎Makari‬‘s life all I can confirm is that thou he left so soon He lived his life too the fullest….You cannot read loss, only feel it.
