Today if you want to buy land in Kenya, you have to part with over Ksh50 million per acre if you get a bargain. The area is associated with those who technically own Kenya or those who give the rest of us jobs.
Back in 1930 when the mzungu rulled Kenya an acre was going for £15. If you add inflation that is just £850 or Ksh130,000 today. WOW…I want me some of that cheap land.
