The world’s largest video game collection is worth $750,000 and has been certified by Guiness World Records. This was sold at an auction on GameGavel and the collection was owned by Michael Thomasson.

There were over 11,000 games in his collection and has spent over 30 years collecting them. He operated seven independent gaming stores back in the nineties then worked for another chain the past decade.
